CREST TEAM ORDER

Questions from CREST families.

When will my necklace arrive?

All CREST orders are made together after orders close on October 15. We'll confirm the delivery date to the club by email.

How do I get it?

Your necklace will be individually boxed and hand-delivered to CREST Swim Club with the team order.

Why am I asked for a shipping address?

Shopify still requires an address at checkout. Your CREST necklace will use the free CREST Team Delivery method and will be delivered to the club.

Can I order for more than one swimmer?

Yes. Add each swimmer's necklace to the cart separately so every box is labelled with the correct swimmer's name.

Can I change or return a personalized piece?

Personalized pieces cannot be changed once production begins. Please review engraving details carefully before ordering.
