18" sits at the collarbone and works under a jersey or a crew neck. 20" sits a little lower on the chest and reads better over a training top. If you're between the two, the adjustable clasp lets you shorten a 20".
Personalized pieces are made to order, so they take longer than a stock piece. Timing depends on the piece, the personalization and the size of the order — send us what you're planning and we'll confirm the timing before you buy. We reply within one business day, Monday to Friday.
