What is the minimum order?

Team pricing starts at 10 pieces. There is no minimum on individual orders.

Can every piece be engraved differently?

Yes. Names, numbers or initials can differ piece to piece at no extra cost.

Can you engrave our crest or logo?

Yes. Send the artwork with your request and we will prepare it for engraving and show you a proof first.

How long does a team order take?

Most run two to three weeks from approved proof. Tell us your deadline and we will confirm before you commit.

Can we mix gold and silver?

Yes, and you can mix pieces and chain lengths across the same order.

Do you invoice schools and clubs?

Yes. Mention it in your request and we will send an invoice rather than a checkout link.
